A practice that needed to look as grounded as it feels
Niti Kamboj works at the intersection of Yog and Positive Psychology — two disciplines that people encounter emotionally before they evaluate them rationally. The practice needed an identity that felt calm and credible at the same time: professional enough to stand next to clinical psychology, warm enough to invite someone into a first session.
The brief was not a single logo. It was a full identity system with enough documentation that the client could apply it consistently across social posts, session material, print and digital without a designer in the room every time.

A mark built on balance
The logo pairs a bold, geometric wordmark with a leaf-inspired symbol. The typography carries strength and structure; the symbol brings growth, breath and stillness. Together they hold the tension the practice itself holds — discipline on one side, softness on the other.
The mark was built to survive real conditions. It works in full colour, in single-colour, and in reverse. An exclusion zone based on a repeatable X unit keeps it from being crowded, and four defined minimum sizes — 355px, 210px, 140px and 88px — mean the symbol stays legible from a website header down to a favicon.

Colour and type as the emotional layer
The palette is deliberately narrow. Keppel (#3AAFA9) carries calm and clarity. Apple (#6BAE46) brings growth and vitality. Black (#171816) grounds the system and keeps it from drifting into generic wellness pastel. White holds the space.
Exo 2 is the brand typeface — a contemporary geometric sans with enough character to feel considered and enough neutrality to stay readable across long-form content. Specified in Regular for body and heavier weights for display, it gives the identity a single consistent voice across every touchpoint.

Rules that outlive the handover
A logo is only as strong as the discipline applied to it, so a significant part of this project was documentation. The manual is organised into three chapters — Logo, Typography and Iconography — and includes an explicit misuse section showing what breaks the identity: rotation, recolouring, drop shadows, and placement on off-brand backgrounds.
The result is a self-contained system. The client can brief a printer, a video editor or a social media manager using nothing but this document, and the brand comes out the other side intact.
